Strengths:
Likely the most athletic OT in the draft. Shoots out on pulls and end around's. Runs and hits in space like a TE/WR and can comfortably block 20-30 yards down the field. Drives feet and takes guys for a ride when he's locked on. Good awareness. Experienced success at both LT and RT.
Weaknesses:
Lacks strength overall. Battles but gets overwhelmed by power and losses anchor. Weak puncher and catches rather than strikes. Struggles vs inside quickness. Lateral mobility doesn't match his linear mobility. Inconsistent technique.
Overall:
O'Neill just destroys guys out in space. He consistently finds his targets and wipes them out. At the los he's a high upside athletic project that needs better strength, consistent leverage and better technique.
